YOGA FOR SELF LOVE

Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. The class is focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational yoga poses.

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. This class focuses on the lower body and core to develop strength and flexibility, as well as body alignment and stability. You will move gracefully through repetitive exercises performed both standing at the barre and on the mat.
